I just installed an Intel Management Engine Firmware Update (sp81826) and my computer now displays a "management platform in manufacturing mode" message during bootup and when I boot into windows my computer shuts off by itself after about 30 minutes. Is there anything that can be done?

Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Have you tried setting the BIOS to defaults or clearing CMOS?
This is a firmware update, very hard to undo. Have you tried rolling back the BIOS to a previous version (link)? You have a workstation. The above link may not apply to your HP product. Try this Forum Board (link) for better results.
One other option would be to check HP Support for offline BIOS update media or BIOS rollback media.
