Hi @Koke3,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To resolve issues with the touchscreen functionality on your HP PC running Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit), you may need to update or reinstall the touchscreen drivers. Follow these steps to identify and obtain the correct drivers:

  1. Update Drivers through Device Manager:
    • Click on the Start button and type Device Manager in the search bar.
    • Open Device Manager and expand the Human Interface Devices section.
    • Locate the touchscreen device (often listed as HID-compliant touch screen).
    • Right-click on it and select Update driver to search for updates automatically.

  2. Reinstall Touchscreen Drivers:
    • If updating the driver doesn't resolve the issue, right-click on the touchscreen device in Device Manager and select Uninstall device. Restart your computer, and Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.

  3. Download Drivers from HP Support:

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
