Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

How do I skip the dropbox setup? I dont want dropbox. Infact I dont want McAfee either. PC companies need to stop installing bloatware on machines. I haven't actually bought a new computer in over a decade and disappointed it's still happening. 
How do I make myHP skip the whole dropbox step? There is no skip this option. Do I uninstall myHP all together? What purpose does it serve besides telling me I'm not done setting up my pc, I have no idea as I can't finish setup. Bought this instead of a new build since part prices have gone stupid.

HP Recommended

Via the Windows "Task Manager", can you select and then "end process" for DROPBOX?

 

Then, via Windows' "Settings" window, open "Apps", and select the DROPBOX app, and "remove" it?
