The computer only has the serial number and the product number, and  i'mtrying to find the model number so I  can get more info about this computer

The model series has been retired by HP since it is more than 10 years old.

 

Enter the PC's product number in the search window at the link below and it should provide the model number and a list of some of the major components that came with the PC.

 

HP PartSurfer

 

The serial number should have worked too on the above link but that produced no results.
