The older Omen models use this version of the OCC...

 

The HP OMEN Command Center personalizes the gameplay experience through simplified access to custom settings. This package is provided for supported computer models running a supported operating system.

Here is the link to the SDK package.

 

OMEN Gaming Hub SDK Package contains the SDKs required for OMEN Gaming Hub Overclocking and Network booster features. This package is provided for supported computer models that are running a supported operating system.

The newer Omen PC's use the Omen Gaming Hub software found at the Microsoft Store.

 

If you have an older model, I think you can use it too.  The SDK package is the same.
