Hi @1johne

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

It looks like OMEN Gaming Hub has been causing issues for several users on the OMEN 35L Gaming Desktop PC GT16-0000i, especially after recent updates.

Here are some HP-based troubleshooting steps to get it working again:

Step 1: Perform a Power Drain

  1. Unplug the power cord from the PC and wall.
  2. Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds.
  3. Wait for 30 seconds, then reconnect the power cord and turn on the PC.

Step 2: Update BIOS & Drivers

  • Go to HP Support and check for a BIOS update here.
  • Install all pending Windows updates via Settings > Windows Update.

Step 3: Reinstall OMEN Gaming Hub

  1. Uninstall OMEN Gaming Hub from Settings > Apps.
  2. Download the latest version from HP’s official site here.
  3. Restart your PC and reinstall the software.

Step 4: Check for Known Issues

  • Some users have reported that RGB lighting controls stop working after a BIOS update.
  • If your issue is related to lighting, you may need to roll back the BIOS or wait for HP to release a fix.

Try these steps and let me know if the issue persists! We’ll get this sorted.
