outdated bios and drives updating

how can update 

BIOS and Drives as my version is of 2011 and no updates available

If the BIOS and Device Drivers are of 2011 and no updates are available, that is HP's choice, namely to not support their "old" computers?

What problems are you having that you think will be addressed by an update?

Keep using Windows 10 until Spring 2025, when Microsoft terminates support for Windows 10. 

Then, purchase a new computer that will have Windows 11 pre-installed.

However, I am guessing that your computer's disk-drive has not been updated since 2011.

If it were automobile tires, instead of a disk-drive, the tires would have worn out, and been replaced by now, before they could "blow-out" and endanger you.

I think that you should:

1. buy an external disk-drive, and make a good "backup" copy of your files, to be safe should your disk-drive "blow" on you, maybe at the "worst-possible" time;
2. think about replacing  the disk-drive, if you expect that the computer, will last for 6 or 12 more months;
3. think about waiting until early 2022, when Windows 11 becomes available, and purchase a new computer at that time. Then, also consider item #1, above.

-My issue is after updating windows 10 , the pc restarts black screen and had to shut off completely  and switch on in order to get screen back .

-Other than that it is working fine have since more than 9 years .

- if there is no solution will consider the options you have mentioned.
