I have a HP 8100 elite and I am unable to add printer, because the pci serial port and pci serial controller doens't have the driver. Where can I download this driver from

Hi:

 

This driver will install those devices:

 

Intel AMT LMS_SOL for AMT 6.xx

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp56501-57000/sp56816.exe

the suggested driver was not able to be installed, so I'm still not able to to fix this pci controller issue on the W10, 8100 elite desktop.

Go to the device manager.

 

Click on the devices needing the drivers one at a time.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update driver.

 

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the above driver file.

 

That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp58616.

 

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.

 

Then do the same thing for the other device.

 

I know that is the right driver because I just gave another forum member the exact same driver for the same two missing devices for the same model PC last night.
