Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I was just wondering if there is any way i can stop hp "welcome to your new hp"  from poping up every time. I hit the done button and it goes away but comes back after a little while.  This is the image i am talking about.

Hi,

 

From the Start Menu, select Settings, then System and then select Apps and features in the left hand pane.

 

When the list has populated, locate HP Welcome and left click it - you should now see the option to Uninstall.
