problem with updating the HP Support Assistant.

i can't update update HP Support Assistant online or manual installation

first of all , Thank you for your reply.

I had done  but the below massage appears during the installation process

@fayek1 -- failed to extract CAB ("cabinet" file).

It is possible that the file you downloaded is corrupt.

On another computer, try again to download it, and copy the downloaded file to a USB memory-stick, and then move the memory-stick to your computer, and try to install from the memory-stick.
