Product: HPDM
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I am using HPDM 4.7 SP7 to manage t520 thin clients with WES7E and also with Win10IoT.
I push VNC settings trough the Apply Settings task template to my thin clients in order to be able to shadow them.
This works fine on the WES7E clients but I get an error on the Win10IoT clients.
The log gives me the folowing message:
2017-08-11 13:43:01 Successfully sent task to the Device Management Gateway
2017-08-11 13:43:03 Task has been retrieved by the Agent.
2017-08-11 13:43:10 Report is received, but the report is corrupt or misformat.
The VNC settings applied just fine so it's just the report that is corrupted and that triggers Failure.
