I have a prebuilt pc and it came with 3200mhz 4gb ram. I decided to buy 3200mhz ram but on bios it showed it was running at 2133. There is no xmp or eocp profile in the bios and also ryzen master doesnt support 4300g

Sorry to latch on to your thread but I can't see how to contact the forum administrators in order to alert them to a problem I am having posting new threads of my own. I have been able to post new threads until about two days ago. I can still 'Reply' to other people's threads so I hope that if I can post this and then 'Flag' my own post to get the attention of the Administrators who can then (hopefully) fix my problem.
I am getting a message "You do not have sufficient privileges...."

@WAWood - Thanks, I'll look out for any communications but I cannot see anywhere that shows how to private message someone. All I can do is wait. If nothing happens then I suppose I will never be able to post new threads. 🙄

The Mods will PM you. If they find out that can not be done, they will get with the forum Admins to resolve the situation.
I am just a volunteer here and can do nothing for you about this; otherwise, I would already have done it.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP

Hello

There are solutions for memory problems
but it doesn't work for everyone!
there is a very great risk of damaging the computer
If it is not possible for you to purchase 100% compatible modules, only try if you are sure what you are doing!
