Hi @VikingHH,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating it is when you're trying to do the right thing, recycle your HP toner cartridges in Canada, and the website throws an error. You're absolutely doing the right thing by reaching out, and I’m here to help you get that prepaid mailing label.

How to Get a Prepaid Mailing Label in Canada

HP offers free recycling through its Planet Partners Program, and you can request a prepaid label online. Here's what to do:

1. Visit the Official HP Canada Recycling Page

🔗 HP Ink & Toner Cartridge Recycling | HP® Canada

2. Click “Mail it back”

This option lets you request:

  • Prepaid shipping labels
  • Envelopes or boxes for easy return

⚠️ If you’re getting an “Error 400”, it may be due to browser cache or a temporary server issue.

3. Try These Fixes

  • Use a different browser (e.g., Chrome or Firefox).
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Try accessing the page in Incognito/Private mode.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!
