Ok, problem solved.
Noticed there where still some registry entries for digitalpersona left. One in the current user and one in the local machine\software. Tried to delete them, but the last one (HKLM) gave me an error. checked the securiy rights but my account had enough. Taking ownership didnt do the trick.
So i installed registrar registry manager, home edition and that program was able to delete the key. I rebooted the machine and i was able to upgrade to Windows 10. Thanks resplendence for your registrar tool.
Hope this will help someone in the (near) future.
