microsoft edge
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

microsoft edge: my full screen display starts about an inch from the left edge of my 27 inch display and continues across the screen, losing the rightmost inch or so.  I cannot scroll or  get the arrows to move the display.  it is also about a half inch down from the top with same problem at bottom.

IF this is only true in MS Edge, then resize the browser window manually and drag the resized window to the center of the screen.  After that, new windows should open in the same location with the same size.

Unlike Opera, I don't believe the new Edge has any option for specifying the initial screen size when opening.
