I can't figure how to screen shot

Taking a screenshot on an HP desktop is easy once you know the shortcuts. Here are the best methods:

Method 1: Use the Print Screen Key

• Press PrtScn (Print Screen) on your keyboard. 
  • This captures the entire screen and copies it to the clipboard.
• Open Paint or any image editor → Press Ctrl + V → Save the file.

Method 2: Capture Active Window

• Press Alt + PrtScn. 
  • This captures only the active window.
• Paste into Paint or Word and save.

Method 3: Use Windows Snipping Tool / Snip & Sketch

• Press Windows + Shift + S. 
  • Your screen will dim, and you can select: 
    • Rectangular Snip
    • Freeform Snip
    • Window Snip
    • Full-screen Snip
• The screenshot is copied to the clipboard and appears in the Snip & Sketch app for saving.

Method 4: Use Windows + PrtScn

• Press Windows + PrtScn. 
  • This saves the screenshot automatically to Pictures > Screenshots.
