hi..i am using hp laptop since last year. its a pathetic system one can ever have. its very slow. you just switch it on and then just forget it for 15 minutes. only then you will be able to do something. its audio device stops working after every 3-4 days. Alexa is not working properly past 6 months. i am so frustrated. what can I do? Is my system defective one?

@swatijainagg -- is this your computer: https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06986856

However, it is possible that your computer's disk-drive is the "bottle-neck". It might be "failing", and thus slowing-down the entire computer.
Have you run the HP Hardware Diagnostic to test the disk-drive?

System problems like yours are nearly always caused by a failing drive -- so you need to follow the advice that @itsmyname already provided you and do diagnostics on the drive.
