Hello,
The smart app which has been working perfectly for the last 18 months has not stopped working. I can print but when i try to load the app to scan a document it just keeps whirling and never loads. I tried deleting the app and reinstalling with relevant computer restarts along the process but it has not worked and thats the height of my computer knowledge. Thank you
