thin-client t620 Bluescreen issue

Hey support,


I am facing many of the thin-clients having Blue screen appears in certain time if not using. Its our first time deployment of large number of clients with Win10-64 OS. Even alreday checked with HP ThinUpdate tool that, is there any Add-on release that states this update solve Bluescreen problem but unfortunately not. 


How to know what is the exact reason for Bluescree appearence ? Is HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) tool can help or BIOS update ?



Please help me out as soon as possible !
