@Amcardtitan, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

It looks like your HP OMEN 30L Desktop has multiple instances of HP OneAgent, and it’s unclear which ones are needed or safe to remove. Plus, that error during uninstallation? Let’s clean it up the smart way.

Understanding HP OneAgent Versions

In your first image, you have several HP OneAgent versions installed, all by HP Inc., with different version numbers like:

1.6.4203.0

1.6.4114.0

1.5.3646.0

1.4.3560.0
...and more.

Keep the latest one: Based on the numbers, 1.6.4203.0 is the newest. The older ones can likely be removed safely if they're not tied to some legacy feature or service you still use.

Uninstall Error

From the second image, the error:

This typically happens because:

The app is a protected Windows Store app, or

You're not running the uninstall process with admin privileges.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
