Hi @freeway056chewy,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing issues with the Omen Gaming Hub software and its network-boosting feature. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem.

  • Check for Updates: Even if the application doesn't prompt you for an update, manually check for updates for both the Omen Gaming Hub software and the Realtek SDK. Sometimes, updates might not be detected automatically.
  • Restart Your Computer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve software issues.
  • Reinstall Omen Gaming Hub: Completely uninstall the Omen Gaming Hub software and then reinstall it. Sometimes, a fresh installation can resolve any corrupted files or configuration issues.
  • Check Firewall and Antivirus Settings: Make sure that your firewall or antivirus software isn't blocking the Omen Gaming Hub from accessing the internet or certain features. You might need to whitelist the application.
  • Update Realtek Drivers: Ensure that your Realtek drivers are up to date. You can do this by visiting the Realtek website or using a driver update utility.

Remember to document any error messages you encounter and any steps you've already taken to troubleshoot the problem.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
