I'm unable to download adobe illustrator on my laptop, which is the reason I got a laptop in the first place, whenever I try to download it from the Microsoft store, it doesn't even show up as an app, and if I try to download it from online, I'm told there is a problem and to change something in my settings. I have changed what it says I would need to change in my setting many times and even with a online support assistant and yet it still doesn't let me download it.

what exactly are you trying to download?
you certainly have a windows version, which could be the source of some problems?
