HP Desktop Pro 600 G5
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This computer has an Intel Gold G5420 processor, but when communicating in Zoom can't access the Virtual Background feature.

Any one has a solution, suggestion or do I need to change processors (which means a different computer)?

Virtual background Zoom requires very high specs hardware.

Your Intel Gold G5420 processor does not meed minimum requirement for CPU as mentioned above. Your machine won't work.

Thanks for your reply. After reading the link provided I understand the problem.

 

So, one question: Is it possible to replace the processor in this computer for a capable one?

Would it sit right on the motherboard?
