uninstall foxit phantom pdf

My HP 110-419 died (not even 3 years old by the way).

Took it to the repair shop and they said it wasn’t worth fixing, so we bought another used (not HP) tower from them and put the hard disk from the 110-419 into it.

Now I’m doing some cleaning of the hard drive and I’m trying to uninstall this foxit software and I get this error:

error code 24011 the installer cannot be installed on computer without Hewlett Packard identifier

I’m assuming because I uninstalled a bunch of HP bloatware, it can’t uninstall now. What can I do to uninstall this program?

Hello,

Since neither your computer nor the software you mntioned was developed by HP and the HDD was probably manufactured by another company, HP will more than likely not be able to assist you.

yeah those things didn’t work, that’s why I posted here

I will contact HP directly, i probably need to reinstall support assistant or something

so because the pc is no longer asscociated with HP the only way to get rid of this software was to use a freeware uninstaller program.

I found this IObit Uninstaller

worked well
