Everytime I check for updates I keep getting these 2 identical errors.
Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741 Retry
Install error - 0x80070103
Hewlett-Packard - USB - 2/10/2017 12:00:00 AM - 44.1.2402.1741 Retry
Install error - 0x80070103
as you can see they are identical. When I try and go ahead and try to update anyway the error/s pop up and say retry. How can I get a clean update/s notification and stop this from always showing up. I ran the windows trouble shooter and it does no good. Thank for the help.

Hi @cwpete,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
If you receive Windows Update error 80070103 while installing updates, you might be trying to install a driver that's already installed or a driver that might be less compatible than one you already have installed on your PC. To address the problem or search for more info, try these options:

Tap or click System and Security, and then tap or click Windows Update.
Do one of the following:
If you have important updates you want to hide, click the link that tells you important updates are available.
If you have any optional updates you want to hide, click the link that tells you optional updates are available.
Select any update that you want to hide, press and hold or right-click it, and then tap or click Hide update.
Error codes this applies to:
WindowsUpdate_80070103 / 0x80070103
