when updating i get update pending, and it will not update

What type of update is pending (Windows, HP, some other software)?

 

Is your PC working correctly or is it stuck at the Windows update screen prior to loading the operating system?

Computer works fine just can't update at all, downloads from store pending also .                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                thanks for your time
