Hey there! @3ENZ,

 

Does the issue persist on the BIOS page?

 

Does the issue persist when you use a different application?

 

Have you tried checking with an external monitor does the issue persist?

 

Please share the product number of the PC to assist you better.

 

I don't see any lines on the screen. However, I feel it is an application specific issue and it is by design.

 

Also, If the issue does not persist on the BIOS page try updating the chipset, graphics driver and BIOS on the PC to the latest version.

 

You can update the drivers on the PC using the HP support assistant.

As you mentioned it happens only on facebook. It is certainly an application specific issue and it's a design flaw by facebook.

But when I login on another laptop there is no problem with that so I don’t think it’s from Facebook

Have you tried accessing Facebook from a differnt browser? Google Chrome or internet explorer?
