while istalling ubuntu in my laptop harddisk is not showining at partion table

Hi

Is there actually space for the Ubuntu install?  Have you shrunk the Windows areas?

 

Also the Legacy/Secure Boot option may be the cause.

If W10 is on a Secure boot and Ubuntu is trying to mont a Legacy system that is not there.

The default for Win10 is to Hibernate Windows -- and this prevents Linux distros from seeing the partitions, since they can't be mounted.

 

Your best bet for Linux support, since HP does not provide Linux support to consumers, not does it provide Linux drivers, is to contact the support forum for the Linux distro you are trying to install -- in this case, the Ubuntu Forums: http://ubuntuforums.org/
