I have a few yahoo mail accouints that I access on my PC, I can open and read emails but I can no longer reply, forward, delete or any other function. I can access all my emaiul accounts on my iphone or ipad and all the functions work so Im guessing its a problerm with my PC

Do you have the yahoo mail working via outlook or any other application installed on the PC? If yes, please reinstall the application and check again,
If you are using a browser, please try an alternate browser and if that doesn't work either, let me know how you are accessing the yahoo mail account.
