I have a zbook 15 g5 and the keyboard does not work properly, sometimes it works normally but sometimes when I click e.g. "w" it turns on airplane mode and shows characters from utf-8 that I do not have on the keyboard, or now every now and then "l" clicks by itself for some time. It is not the fault of the keyboard itself because when I have another one connected via USB I still get the same errors as with this "w". I tried updating the drivers via Windows but it did not find any new ones, I have connected standard 101102-key drivers or Microsoft natural ps2 keyboard for hp kotkey support 11.1.9.1 and alpsalpine virual hid Dębice 10.0.22621.3672 Microsoft.I checked it with an HP program to check the keyboard and it showed perfect condition, but when clicking e.g. "s" it showed clicking cltr shift and a few other buttons
