Product: Hp e27d g4 1440p monitor

Need help with finding a stand for my monitor. So I have an e27d g4 1440p monitor, bought without a stand. Can’t find any stand that fits, they’re all a square mounting, whereas the back of my monitor where the stand fits is rectangle. (Like this) any advice on what to do? Is the monitor missing a backing plate or something?
