I have a brand new All in One and as soon as I set it up, I have 2 vertical lines on my monitor, and an Error status message oxc0000020. HP wants me to send to repair I wanted to see if there was an easier fix other than return it or take it to get repaired.

@tlarter -- an Internet search for that error-code shows:
The 0xc0000020 error mostly occurs after a failed software installation, missing system files, or a corrupted Windows image. When this appears, you may also receive the following error message: C:WindowsSystem32XXXXX.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or contains an error
Did you purchase it from a retail store? If so, return/exchange it there.
Otherwise, you're on the correct track with HP Support.
There is no way that you should need to "service" a brand-new computer; you would not do that with a new automobile. Correct?
