I have 2 monitors connected to my Victus by HP 15L Gaming desktop computer running windows 11 Pro. I would like to run Word on 1 monitor and Outlook on the other at the same time. Any suggestions?

Hi @DRW314
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you want to use two application simultaneously on two monitors , I'm here to help you today.
Lets try these steps.
Connect the Monitors:
- Make sure both monitors are connected to your desktop and powered on.
Configure Display Settings:
- Right-click on the desktop and select Display settings.
- Under the "Multiple displays" section, ensure that the setting is set to Extend these displays. This will allow you to use both monitors as one continuous workspace.
Open Your Applications:
- Start Microsoft Word and Outlook. They will typically open on the primary monitor.
Move the Windows:
- Click on the title bar of Word and drag it to the monitor where you want it.
- Do the same with Outlook, moving it to the other monitor.
Maximize if Needed:
- Once the applications are on their respective monitors, you can maximize them to use the full screen.
