Product: HP Pavilion 27q Display
Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey
I was using 2 USB-C to HDMI cables that were 6ft long and they worked fine. I was able to see both monitors. Then I bought 2 new 3ft USB-C to HDMI cables and now getting "Input Signal Not Found" error. My Macbook Pro can see the monitors in the System Preferences>Display area but the monitors themselves are dark. My husband has the same 2021 Macbook Pro M1 laptop as me and the 3ft cables work with his other brand monitor. His monitor is an LG 3840 x 2160, 60Hz while the HP Pavilion is 2560 x 1440, 75Hz. Any idea why my new 3ft cables are not working? Thanks!
