HP All-in-One Desktop PC 22-dg0000i (8L0E3AV)

This desktop is a recent purchase, Windows 11 Pro.  After 3 weeks of use, it starting crashing.  At first I thought it was the browser (Firefox) so I started using Microsoft Edge, same thing, constant crashing.  Please advise on how to fix this.  Thank you.

You may need a bios update. There are 3 available but only the HPSA will know which one to install.

Get the latest HP support assistant and see what it recommends.

If you have the latest BIOS and driver updates then please run the new UEFI diagnostics to see if there is a hardware problem;.

Your AIO reference page is here but when I click on "software & drivers" the page goes from 8LOE3AV to 9D083AA which is unusual but I have seen that before.  The UEFI diagnostics are here and I assume they will work.  if not then go here:

HP releases newer UEFI diagnostics periodically.
When you select F2 during boot you are requesting UEFI diagnostics.
There is an updated diagnostics package Click Here
Look for the phrase 'issues outside the OS',
Expand the'+'symbol and click the DOWNLOAD button.
The version of the UEFI diagnostics is shown at the left of that DOWNLOAD button.
When you press F2 to run diagnostics please ensure the version is the new one.

Also, exactly what is the symptom?  Is there a blue screeen (BSOD) or does it just hang where you have to power it off?  Does the problem only occur when running a particular application?

Let me know what you find out.

Thank you for the information.  I will try what you suggested.  For your information, the screen doesn't go blank and just running the internet, Firefox browser and Microsoft Outlook.  Crashes occurred during use of both.  NOTE:  I will never again buy a PC from Amazon.  At least Costco will let you return it after a few months.
