HP 22cwa 21.5 inch backlit LED monirtor
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I have an HP 22cwa 21.5" backlit led monitor that is about 1 1/2 years old. This monitor has been used once a week since purchase. The unit has completely failed - there are vertical colored lines across the entire screen, and one black vertical bar . Can't read anything.I eliminated any possible issue with the computer video card by connecting to a friend's monitor, and it worked fine.

This is unacceptable for a unit that is less than 2 years old and used lightly. I have monitors over 10 years old that still work flawlessly. I expect HP products to be of high quality and to last for years. I think HP should stand behind a unit that is clearly a quality failure, especially since it is only about 1/2 a year out of warranty.  How do I get this consumer complaint to HP support management who can respond (not the first line phone support people - I have already spoken with them)

I have gone through your post and I understand your concerns

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you
