I've been using an HP 22cwa monitor for about 1.5 years without any issues.
This morning, I got a windows update. After rebooting, I can no longer detect the monitor. (I'm running Windows 10 Pro on a Thinkpad X1 Carbon. )
I've plugged other laptops into the monitor with the same cables, etc. It works fine.
I can't find any drivers or similar to reinstall for this.
Any thoughts?
Thank you.

Hello
sorry you may not like this answer ..
From what you indicate, the screen obviously has no problem!
If connected to a Thinkpad X1 Carbon, you will likely get better help from the manufacturer of this device.
Not knowing this product, all I can give you is this:
