What were the steps that you took to revert to the 2015 version of ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics?

I went to support.amd.com  web site.  I searched for the Radeon driver (i might have said Windows 8 to get an older version).  I tried a number of things, so I'm not sure. I downloaded it. I went to Device Manager on my PC and selected Display adapters and I double-clicked on ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics (that was the 2017  one).  In the popup, I selected Driver. Then, I selected Update Driver and chose the downloaded driver (2015) from my disk.  I hope that helps.

No, I just had to register but no fee was asked for

I just had them work on mine. Although I was not able to get back to 1600 still at 1200 at least everything is square now and I am still not filling the monitor.
