Product: 2311x 23-inch LED Backlit LCD Monitor
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The monitor is connected via VGA as a 2nd monitor. The screen flickers black so I can't read what is on the screen.  I have the 2311 LCD monitor driver installed.  Any ideas.  I'm running Windows 10 64-bit

I have gone through your Post and would like to help

 

Do you have the same issue if you connect it through HDMI or DVI?

 

Have you tried connecting it as the primary monitor and use the other monitor as secondary one using the same VGA cable?

 

Also let me know if you are using an HP Computer
