24ea Monitor - OSD does not work

Product: HP 24ea
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can not use the OSD of my 24ea monitor. I can open the menu, but e.g. the arrow keys does not work. The LowBlueLight option is activated, but I do not want it.

Is the a possibility to perform a hard reset?

Is there another solution?
