Hello there!
My new 27mx occasionally turns off for 2-3 seconds. After that the monitor is no longer available as sound device. After that the display's info says that it is have H=166.7 kHz V=98 Hz. It happens when I set the monitor's settings to the 144Hz which, I believe, are should be ok for that monitor
Also it shows that the Optional Mode 1920x1080 60Hz and I don't understand why I can't normally use 144Hz.
I installed HP 27mx LCD Monitor Driver aswell but it didn't help
My other Specs:
AMD Radeon 5700 XT
AMD Ryzen 2700X
16 GB system memory
PS: I found another guy who faced this exactly problem but he didn't encountered any answers 😕
Thanks in advance!

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display turns off for 2-3 seconds randomly.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
I recommend you update the graphics driver on your computer and check if it helps.
In case if you are using an HP computer, then check the HP Web site for updates to the software you are using with your monitor, such as HP My Display.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
