Hi,
Today, and suddenly, I am suffering from my laptop which is not connecting with 2nd monitor. I have tried with different two HDMI cables. The two cables work properly with another Hp laptop. Additionally, windows unble to achieve the updates related to Hp affairs. I have tried many times. I am not sure whether this is the cause of the problem. Also, I can find niether Hp Device Manager in my laptop nor the relevant drivers updates on hp website. That is weird!
Any one can help me please?

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are unable to connect external monitors and update the drivers, I am glad to assist you.
Update the Bios, chipset, and drivers using HP Support Assistant.
Download and run the HP Support Assistant from this Link: Click here
- HPSA will automatically search for all the latest drivers for your Notebook
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Also, ensure Windows is up to date.
- Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
Refer to the steps mentioned in this HP document to connect the external monitors:- Click here
Let me know how it goes.
To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.
Cheers.

Rollback graphics driver
If the computer was recently updated or the graphics driver was recently upgraded manually, and Windows 10 cannot detect the second monitor, rolling back to the previous version of the driver may resolve the issue.
To remove and reinstall an older version of a graphics driver on Windows 10, use these steps:
- Open Start.
- Search for Device Manager and click the top result to open the app.
- Double-click to expand the Display adapters branch.
- Right-click the graphics adapter and select the Properties option.
- Click the Driver tab.Click the Roll Back Driver button. Quick tip: If the option is not available, you cannot use this rollback process. However, you might still be able to use an older version from the device manufacturer's support website (if available).
- Select an option to answer the question.
- Click the Yes button.
- Restart the device.
Keep me posted.
Cheers

Thank you for reply to me.
Underneath Display adapter thereis 'Microsoft Basic Dispaly Adapter' and it can not be rolled back. Because all images support your reply can not be seen for me, unfortunately I am unable to follow the other options in your reply.
Anyway, it seems that 'Microsoft Basic Dispaly Adapter' is something not original for Hp laptops; because when I press on bight-up button on the keyboard, the bright level appears on the bottom of the screeen (not on the left hand side as usuall). This driver should not be installed in my laptop and I do not know how I can fix this problem. HP Assisitant Support says all drivers are up to date! Moreover, Hp official website says currently there is no drivers for this model!!! That is unvleivable.

Remove the display drivers and then restart the PC once - It will automatically install the old version:
How to uninstall Video Display Drivers in Windows 10
- Right click on the Start button then choose Device Manager.
- From the list in Device Manager choose Display Adapters.
- A list of available display adapters will appear.
- Right click on the display adapter to be uninstalled and pick Uninstall device.
Keep me posted.

Hi
I have followed your steps to uninstall the driver and restart the laptop. Unfortunately, once I restart Windows, I find the display driver requires update. As I update the driver automatocally-because I do not have the driver-windows return it back as it was (Microsoft Basic Graphic Display). So, no way.
I am thinking to reset Windows for the second time and suspend all Windows update!
