I have a HP 600 G2 PC, and need to support 4 monitors. I have 2 HP Monitors, 1 Dell, and one Lenovo. The back of the PC has 2 VGA ports (M & F) 4 USB Ports, and an ethernet port. The front has one USB-Type C, and two USB 3.0 ports. I am having trouble getting more than two monitors online. Anyone suggestions on how to get all 4? Thank you.

The amazon link you supplied shows 2 display ports and one VGA port.

According to the spec for the 600 G2 mini pc the DP to the right of the blue vga is optional and could be HDMI, VGA or another DP.  Amazon shows the 2nd DP but only mentions one DP in the fine print.

The HP spec states the following about the DP on the left of the VGA

Display port
Multimode capable; supports HDCP, Display Port Audio (2 streams), HBR2 link rates and Multi-Stream Technology for a maximum of 3 displays (including the integrated panel)

 Here is a description of Multi-Stram https://tripplite.eaton.com/products/multi-stream-transport-mst-hub-technology

HBR2 link speed has a maximum bandwidth of 17.28ghz so divide by 3 for 3 monitors.

High Bit Rate 2 (HBR2)17.28 Gbps

4K @ 60 Hz

I suspect if you add the VGA it is likely that all 4 displays will need to run at the same VGA resolution which may be OK

I have no experience with 600 G2.  Possibly a vga and three daisy-chained (or MST hub for HDMI) monitors will work for a total of 4. This will push the limits of the Intel graphics.  I am not sure what you want this for but possibly you might be better off with a desktop system an NVidia gtx 1070 or rtx-20xx board that can run all 4 displays at high performance.
