Its specs
https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c02859295
It was released on 25-May-2011 that means 9 years ago (well today is 24-May-2020 - my time). Its HDMI port does NOT support 4K video. You need HDMI 2.0 version to be able to get 4K video with 60Hz.
And it ONLY has Maximum resolution from HD 6670 card.
- HDMI resolution: 1920x1080 (1080p)
- DisplayPort resolution: 2560x1600 at 60 Hz
- DVI resolution: 2560x1600x32bpp at 60 Hz
- VGA resolution: 2048x1536x32bpp at 60 Hz
Regards.
