Pavilion Gaming TG01
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Thanks very much: I have a HP Pavilion Gaming PC with Intel® Core™ i7-9700F CPU @ 3.00GHz, and GRAPHICS NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650. I have connected a Philips 49 inch monitor with 5120x1440 resolution via HDMI and USB-C, but the current PC configuration only allows 3840x1080 resolution. I contacted NVIDIA who indicated they were not able to help, as it was a PC issue. I contacted Intel who indicated this was a PC or graphics card issue. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hello
we don't have the computer model, and I'm not sure that makes any difference
i found another model, but there is no card information,:

TG01-0006nf Product Specifications

NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1650 (4 GB GDDR5 dedicated)

I searched the net, and in general it just reported the maximum resolution ..
not too much time to look everywhere, in any case, nothing more at Nvidia:

https://www.nvidia.com/fr-fr/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1650/

7680x4320@120Hz

that being said, in general the max is often on the DisplayPort port

an example of an hp graphics card, where it is specified:

 875-1034nf Product Specifications

Maximum resolution:
  • HDMI resolution: 4096x2160x24 bpp @ 60 Hz (HDMI 2.0)
  • DisplayPort resolution: 7680x4320 @ 60 Hz YUV 420 (DP 1.3/1.4 ready)
  • DVI resolution: 2560 x 1600 x 24 bpp @ 60 Hz (Dual Link)
  • Virtual Link (USB-C) resolution: 3840x2160 @ 60 Hz (MSI measured)

Thanks very much, I'll work on the DisplayPort input option.
