My HP AIO desktop PC has only an HDMI Out port. If I have to connect my office laptop to this AIO, then can you please let me know what kind of an adaptor should I use to convert the HDMI OUT to HDMI IN. My laptop has a USB A and a USB C port.

You cannot use your PC's monitor as a display for another device.
The HDMI port is output only and the USB ports only support data transfer only.
That information is listed on your PC's specifications page, motherboard info.

- USB 2.0: 2
- LAN (Ethernet)
- DC power in

Thank you. My original question was is there some kind of an HDMI adaptor, display port adaptor or a HDMI splitter that I can use to connect my laptop to the AIO to use the AIO's screen.

You're very welcome.
I believe I did answer your question...'The HDMI port is output only and the USB ports only support data transfer only.'
There isn't a thing you can do or an adapter of any kind you can buy to get an image from another device to show up on your AIO.
