HP Envy 700-515xt
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I would like to know if either or both of the following video cards will work in my HP Envy 700-515xt CTO, Product number: K7X03AV

1. EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti SC 2GB GDDR5

2.  EVGA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC 4GB GDDR5

Both require a 300 watt power supply, which is the one I have.

Both Require a PCI Express 3.0.  I'm not sure if Ihave one of these slots on my system

OS: Windows 7 x64

Thanks

Stan

Hi @Stan1207

Welcome to the HP Forums!

I appreciate you taking the time to share your concern and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know whether you can upgrade your graphics card to GTX 750Ti or GTX 1050 Ti.

I’d love to help!

I checked the specifications of your computer and noticed that your computer doesn’t have a PCI express 3.0 slot. It has only PCI Express half-length mini card so you cannot upgrade the graphics card to the one you have mentioned.

Hope that answers your question and you have a good day ahead.

To simply say thanks, please click the "Thumbs Up" button to give me a Kudos to appreciate my efforts to help.
