I would like to find out what I need to add two additional HP monitors to my HP all in one computer using my HDMI port on the computer. I have tried an HDMI splitter and that only duplicates the content on both monitors. I need to have two additional monitors connected and extend their displays.

@rodneylay -- I think that you might have a few options.

#1 -- if your computer has a DisplayPort video-output port, then it is possible to "daisy-chain":

Computer <--> DisplayPort cable <--> DisplayPort input onto first DisplayPort  monitor <--> DisplayPort  output on first monitor -<--> DisplayPort  input on second DisplayPort  monitor.

Note that the first DisplayPort monitor requires both an "DisplayPort-input" and a "DisplayPort-ouput" port, while the second DisplayPort monitor requires only a DisplayPort-input port.

#2 - some computers have a USB-C socket.

Then, an adapter like: https://www.amazon.ca/Adapter-Thunderbolt-Compatible-MacBook-Pixelbook/dp/B07JW7GT7H/

can be used to "bridge" between the USB-c socket and an HDMI-cable that connects to an HDMI monitor.

Much depends on the capabilities of your computer.

Your machine can beone of the folowing machines

It ONLY has 1 HDMI out port. You can connect to 2 more monitors using

M1: Connect direct to HDMI out port

M2: Use a DisplayLink Certified USB to HDMI adapter for example

That web-page for the suggested adapter states: Incompatible with Mac OS X, macOS, Linux, Unix, Android

Interesting.
