Recently after a Windows 10 update, I am experiencing keyboard problems only in Adobe Indesign CC.
I am a graphic designer and now I must enter letters twice to get the program to register them. It's the same way with the numbers keypad...I have to press the number twice. As I said, this does not occur when emailing or in any other Adobe product that I use.
On the HP site, my keyboard is not listed so a forum is my only hope.
Oh, and I've already tried removing the USB, re-starting, all of that. It did not fix the issue. I assume there is no driver update since the product apparently has been discontinued.
Thanks.

@ThriftyNick, Thanks for your quick response and time.
I appriciate your efforts for writing back to us.
There are no particular drivers for the keyboard, the drivers for any keyboard is installed through the windows update.
So you are unable to find drivers at HP.com.
Also, Take your time and try reinstalling the application since the issue is occurring at one particular software.

Hey there! @ThriftyNick, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you have wireless keyboard issues with your PC.
Don't worry I'll try to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Have you tried checking with a different set of batteries?
Have you tried checking with a different keyboard? Does the issue persist?
Have you tried connecting the USB receiver to different USB ports on your PC?
As you mentioned the wireless keyboard is not functioning correctly on one particular software.
Try resinstalling the application again and check if it works.
Try few steps recommended below.
Restart the computer.
In Device Manager, uninstall and reinstall the keyboard software:
In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
Click View and select Show Hidden Devices.
Click the arrow next to Keyboards, right-click the keyboard device name, then select Uninstall to remove the device from Windows.
Continue removing device names in the Keyboards category until all device names have been uninstalled.
Restart the notebook. Right-click Start (), select Shut down or sign out, then select Restart.
Wait for the computer to restart and open Windows.
Also, Re-synchronizing the keyboard and/or mouse causes the devices to reconnect to the receiver using new identification numbers.
NOTE:
You must complete the following connection sequence within 60 seconds. If you do not complete the sequence in 60 seconds, start over.
Disconnect the wireless receiver from the USB slot.
NOTE:
For some HP All-in-One and desktop PC products, the USB receiver is built into the computer. Check the service manual for USB wireless receiver removal process.
Wait 10 seconds and push the receiver back into place, making sure to push it in as far as it will go. If the receiver has an LED indicator, the activity light on the receiver comes on and then goes off within five seconds.
NOTE:
If problems persist after resetting AND you have another wireless keyboard or mouse nearby, perform these steps again, holding down the keyboard or mouse sync button for ten seconds. Doing this might give the keyboard or mouse a new ID number in case the other keyboard or mouse was using the same number.
Refer this article to further troubleshoot wireless keyboard issues with your PC.
Also, refer this document to know more information about syncing wireless keyboard and mouse to your PC.
If the issue still persists after trying out the steps. It is a hardware issue with the wireless keyboard.
Please contact HP support for service to options.

Thanks so much for your help!
To answer your questions:
- No hardware or software changes to PC except for updates to Windows and Adobe CC programs
- Batteries were replaced and there was no change
- Others in my office are experiencing the same thing on their keyboards which leads me to believe it's not a hardware issue
- Will try changing the USB port
I'd like to re-install the driver for my keyboard but cannot find my product on HP's website. How would I get the driver to do a re-install?
If all else fails, I'll re-install InDesign to see if that works.
