- Expand Display adapters.
- Right-click your display adapter and select Properties.
- Go to the Driver tab and click Roll Back Driver if the option is available.

Sometimes, power settings can affect brightness control.
Open Power Options:
- Press Win + X and select Power Options.
Change Plan Settings:
- Select Change plan settings next to your selected power plan.
Change Advanced Power Settings:
- Click on Change advanced power settings.
- Expand Display and then Enable adaptive brightness.
- Set both On battery and Plugged in to Off.
4. Use Windows Troubleshooter
Windows 11 has a built-in troubleshooter that can help fix display issues.
Open Settings:
- Press Win + I to open Settings.
Navigate to Troubleshoot:
- Go to System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Run the Troubleshooter:
- Find Power and click Run.
5. Check for Windows Updates
Ensure all Windows updates are installed as sometimes subsequent updates fix issues caused by earlier ones.

- Go to Windows Update and click Check for updates.
I hope this helps.
